How long have you been playing DCS?: Like a year

Have you read and understood the unit's definition of realism gameplay and is it the kind of experience you're looking for?
Desired Squadron: HSC-9 Tridents

How did you find out about us?: post on r/hoggit

Have you read and understood the requirements for our unit, the criteria for being active, and do you understand that failure to complete said criteria will place you into the reserves squadron?: Yes

Do you understand that this is a CST (GMT -6) unit and that all events will be scheduled as such?:
Do you understand that by applying to this unit you are applying for a slot within a training squadron, that competes for slots within the unit. That as a member of a training squadron, you are not a fully fledged member of the unit until/if selected?:
Do you understand that attendance by all qualified and slotted pilots is mandatory on Saturdays at 1900 CST (Central Time Zone). Will you be able to attend these times?:
Why do you want to join Carrier Strike Group 2?: The expierance and ive been looking for some more organized play in DCS, not just randomly flying around.

Application Accepted

Mr. Williams, thank you for your application to Carrier Strike Group 2. Your application has been accepted. Within a few minutes, you should recieve access to the rest of the forums and access to the modifications that we use. I am processing you HELTRARON TWENTY EIGHT (HT-28) "Hellions", where you will undergo training with your desired airframe and squadron. After a few training sessions to get you up to speed on the basics of the airframe, you will join your desired squadron and finish your training with them.

Several things to do before officially flying with CSG-2: Join our Discord Server HERE and check in with either LT J. Wolfe or LT S. Clark. We will assign you your proper member groups and you can ask us any questions you may have, and/or schedule your first training session. Secondly, be sure to download any DCS mods that are required. You can ask your Squadron CO for that information, or check on the forums if you have access to it. Third, make sure you are running the DCS Open Beta client. All of our pilots utilize this client, and it is considered the main version of the game by most of the DCS multiplayer community.

Thank you, and we look forward to flying with you!
