Delayed Entry Program

Mr. Enfinger, thank you for your application to Carrier Strike Group 2. Your application has been accepted, but unfortunately we do not have any training slots available within VT-10. Due to this, we will be placing you on a short list within our Delayed Entry Program. When a slot opens up, you will be given the opportunity to join on a first come, first serve basis with other DEP candidates. As of right now you are number FOUR in line.

There are several things you can do to keep yourself busy while waiting -- get to know other pilots in the Discord, familiarize yourself with Navy SOPs (specifically regarding aviation), and study/fly as much as possible. Keeping yourself up to date with the current systems and maintaining flight proficiency with your desired airframe will only put you ahead of the other student pilots upon entry into the training squadron.

Thank you, and we look forward to flying with you in the near future!

Respectfully,
LIEUTENANT EMIL "STACHE" BEAIRD
Knight 101 / Executive Officer
FITRON ONE FIVE FOUR, CVW-3
