The core requirements needed for an interested party to join Carrier Strike Group 2 are:
  • Be a minimum of 19 years of age
  • Have a functioning microphone and Discord installed
  • Have a functioning HOTAS solution or plans to acquire one by graduation from training squadrons (RIOs are exempt from this)
  • Have a functioning headtracking solution (TrackIR or VR) or plans to acquire one by graduation from training squadrons
  • Own a legitimate copy of DCS World Modules pertaining to your squadron and all maps or plans to acquire them by graduation from training squadrons (required modules listed per airframe below)
    • F/A-18C - Persian Gulf, Nevada Test and Training Range, Supercarrier
    • F-14B - Persian Gulf, Nevada Test and Training Range, Supercarrier
  • Attend our Saturday sessions at 1900 CST (Central Standard Time) Please account for Daylight Savings Time
  • Must be able to speak working English

Please answer the following questions completely and to the best of your ability. Your goal should be to demonstrate your maturity level, intelligence, motivation, and interest in CSG-2. Your application will also be judged on merits such as relevance of content, complete answers to questions, complete sentences, grammar, and spelling. Applicants are selected based on those who we determine will be a good fit for the unit based on personality, intelligence, maturity, social skills, experience, and the ability to successfully complete training. Once you submit this application you will be unable to edit it.
